Reservations/Calendar

If you are having difficulties with the reservation form, call our office to make your reservation (423) 784-4538 or submit your information by email to: blackpinecabins@aol.com . (Reservations by phone must be prepaid with a credit card, or a check in the mail).
Pay Pal: If you are making a reservation by pay pal you must use a credit card or check card. You must also submit a reservation form immediately after making payment, by phone, fax or email. Please remember to check the reservation calendar prior to paying online.
Check by Mail: If you are sending a check by mail it must arrive 4 weeks in advance of your arrival date with a reservation form included.
Cash / Credit Card Upon Arrival: You must call our office or complete online reservation form to make your reservation. You will need to pay for one (1) night in advance by credit card or mail a check 4 weeks in advance to secure your reservation (use the "first two guests" cart at the bottom of the page to make payment for one night). The balance can be paid upon arrival.
Coupon Redemption: If you have been presented with a coupon for two free nights stay, please fill out the online reservation form. Don't forget to check the coupon redemption box in the payment method section. Any days exceeding two will need to be paid by one of the other options.
Gift Certificate Redemption: If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate, fill out the online reservation form. Don't forget to check the Gift Certificate box and how many nights the certificate is for. Any days exceeding those on the certificate will need to be paid by one of the other options.
