HAVE A GREAT VACATION! !

Please do not wear shoes inside the cabin, soil is sandy and tracks in easily.

NO SMOKING anywhere inside the cabin.  Smoking is permitted on the porches.  Please use the ashtrays provided.  DO NOT throw cigarette butts in the yard or anywhere else. The entire damage deposit will be kept if there is smoking inside the cabin.

When bringing ATVs do not ride off the lane, we are not set up with trails, but you can ride them on the road a short distance to the trails. There will be a 25.00 fine for riding them off of the lane.

FIREPLACE (At Black Pine Cabin) is gas and thermostatically controlled. A small knob is located on the bottom right of the fireplace, this can be turned counter-clockwise to adjust temperature. Once the room is a comfortable temperature (whether the flame is on or not) leave the knob at current setting. Do not rearrange the logs.

GAS CAST IRON HEAT STOVE (At Fox Fire Cabin) is thermostatically controlled and the thermostat is located above television, just adjust to your comfort.  please do not adjust any knobs at the stove. Do not rearrange the logs.

Please place garbage bags in the dumpster across from the Karate Dojo.  DO NOT leave garbage bags sitting on the decks it will attract unwanted wild life (raccoons, black bear, coyote, etc.)

Do not put food down the drain, there is no garbage disposal.

Upon departure, turn off all the lights, ceiling fans, air conditioners, close all windows and lock the doors, return keys to office.

Be aware the cabins are on a well and septic system , use the outdoor water hose sparingly, do not put anything other than toilet tissue  into the toilet, not even Kleenex or tampons, any foreign objects can cause serious problems. 

Washer & Dryer are for your use, please don't overload them or fill them with overly soiled clothing.

Please leave the "heavy" patio furniture on the porches, you may take the plastic chairs to use around the fire pit.

When using the fire pit, please do not put aerosol cans or any type of explosive material, beer cans, bottles or Styrofoam inside.  Use of gasoline for igniting flame is NOT PERMITTED.  Lighter fluid is permissible if used with extreme care.  Only burn wood and paper.  Please keep the flame to a reasonable size, NO BON FIRES.

NO FIREWORKS or firearms ON PREMISES

You are permitted to swim in the pond or creek, the swimming hole is located near the Black Pine  cabin (follow the signs starting by the horse shoe game) and wear shoes while swimming.  Young children should wear a safety floatation device and never left unattended.  YOU WILL BE SWIMMING AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Hot Tub: Please keep cover on tub when not in use. Do not wear cut off jeans in the hot tub. When allowing children in the tub please do not let them track sand into the tub. Also rinse your bathing suits well after swimming in the creek before entering the tub. A minimum $25.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from damage deposit for excessive sand in hot tubs.

If you have any concerns about the local wildlife, please ask Roy about them.  He would be happy to inform you.

Please do not litter in the creek or anywhere else.

All items in the cabin are inventoried and priced (located at the main house).  Please do not leave with anything you did not come with.
