A double dose of beauty,
Is truly what I've found.
For the mountains are so peaceful,
As they stretch out, all around.
And though the leaves have fallen,
And now lie beneath the trees.
This road trip back to God's Country,
Was clearly right for me.
When I was told that our destination,
This road trip named, "Stinking Creek".
I didn't know whether to hold my nose,
Or to merely, simply SCREECH!
But the fresh air and the great outdoors,
And those two wonderful cabins, you see.
Lifted a giant weight off of my heart,
And quickly set my spirit free.
Maybe, it was the idyllic scenery,
The mountain stream, or their swimming hole.
Oh, whatever happened up at the Black Pine Cabins,
I'm now completely WHOLE.
