Reservations/Calendar

Reservations can be made by the following methods:

Credit Card: If you are making a reservation with a credit card over the phone you will be required to pay the $100 damage deposit and then pay the balance upon arrival (we will not process the entire balance with a telephone reservation, you must bring the same card with you and pay in person upon arrival for security purposes. You do not have to pay the balance on a credit card). A reservation form can be filled out over the phone.

Pay Pal: If you are making a reservation by pay pal you must use a credit card or check card. You will need a Pay Pal account to use this method, (see www.paypal.com for more details). You must also submit a reservation form immediately after making payment, by phone, fax or email. Please remember to check the reservation calendar prior to paying online.

Check by Mail: If you are sending a check by mail it must arrive 4 weeks in advance of your arrival date with a reservation form included.

Cash Arrival: You must call our office or complete the online reservation form to make your reservation. You will need to pay the $100 damage deposit in advance by credit card over the phone, pay pal or mail a check 4 weeks in advance to secure your reservation The balance can be paid upon arrival.

Coupon Redemption: If you have been presented with a coupon for two free nights stay, please fill out the online reservation form. Don't forget to check the coupon redemption box in the payment method section. Any days exceeding two will need to be paid by one of the other options.

Gift Certificate Redemption: If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate, fill out the online reservation form. Don't forget to check the Gift Certificate box and how many nights the certificate is for. Any days exceeding those on the certificate will need to be paid by one of the other options.
