REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit: $100 - Returned by check within 2 weeks after departure. If less than $100 returned it will be accompanied with an itemized list of charges.
A minimum cleaning fee of $25.00 will be deducted from your damage deposit if the cabin is left exceptionally dirty.
$75.00 of the damage deposit will be deducted for excessive debris and/or sand tracked into the hot tubs.
The entire damage deposit will be kept if there is smoking in the cabin.

1. Remove all trash from cabin, take to dumpster ( 8:00 - 6:00) across from Roy's shop
2. Clean and re-shelve all dishes, or place in dishwasher and begin the cleaning cycle
3. Have towels washed, or left in the dryer.
4. Clean out refrigerator, if possible take all leftover food with you
5. Check all burner knobs to make sure they are off on the cook stove
6. Close and lock all windows and doors, turn off air conditioner, ceiling fans and lights.
7. Return all keys to main house by 11:AM
